Burnt Out
My quality and quantity of work and studying has slowly gone down hill. I'm just tired and burning out. Mind you I just ate a bagel that Wendy (Ami's childhood friend) brought from Montreal and it was one of the greatest things I have ever had. Now I hope to just go to bed and have a better day tomorrow.

MSN Clean Up
I went through my entire MSN friends list. A futile attempt to procrastinate from studying, I say futile because it only took 10 minutes. I got rid of so many people. No one who would ever be reading this, basically some cheerleaders, old co-workers and friends of x-boyfriends. Random people from random points in my life that basically I never talk to, nor really plan to, and who I probably have as a friend on my Facebook list. The list is now much more manageable and their aren't annoying people I don't care about cluttering it up.
Work Woes
Placement Agency or Subway? Job Search or Easy Way Out? I feel awful screwing around My Cool Boss. At the same time I really need to make loads of money this summer, and I want back into an Office Job. This is so stressful, upsetting and confusing!! What do I do? Time maybe running out.

Happy Holy Saturday
Religiously, Easter is pretty much the biggest celebration of the year. Before and after Easter Sunday are tons of celebrations and Holy days. My favorite being Palm Sunday which I missed celebrating this year.
*Palm Sunday – the Sunday before Easter. The feast commemorates an event reported by all four Gospels (Mark, Matthew, Luke, and John) - the Triumphal Entry of Jesus into Jerusalem. I don’t even know what that means, but it is customary in many churches for the worshippers to receive palm leaves. These are usually folded into the shape of little crosses, and I always thought they were so neat.
*Good Friday - the Friday before Easter, commemorates the crucifixion and death of Jesus.
*Holy Saturday - it is said on this day Christ "rested" in the tomb, in death.
*Easter Sunday - celebrates the resurrection of Jesus
*Easter Monday - the post-Easter festivities involved a week of celebration, but has been reduced to one day

Cheese Before Bed
I know that eating any type of cheese within a few hours of going to bed gives me nightmares, but I still seem to do it anyway. For some reason I really really crave cheese at night. I guess eating Kraft Singles would probably not have the same effect, so I will have to try that next time. I knew last night eating even the small amount of Goat Cheese Brie I had on crackers was going to mess up my sleep. When I went to bed it took me several hours to fall asleep and then I had 4 extremely upsetting and disturbing dreams. Cheese cravings are not worth a bad nights sleep.

The OC
These are some questions recently asked by my Mass Communications professor. I found them curious and fitting, as I really like The OC, and have started watching all the old episodes.
-Is Canada at risk from the spread of popular culture?
-Is there a threat of Canada becoming an American monoculture?
-What cultural values are embedded into TV programs like The OC?
-Are they specifically American?
-Are we compelled, duped, or seduced into adopting them?
-Instead of transmitting American culture can it confirm our belief in the superiority of Canada?
-Why does no one worry about the global spread of sophisticated high culture, like the success of French Impressionism or Italian Opera?

(No) Thoughts On Suicide - VI
Things are evening out, and I am feeling a lot better. Basically I can't even remember the last time I thought of suicide, but it was well over a week ago. Things are still stressful, and I'm sad sometimes and such, but I'm much better, closer to an even keel. I gradually told people things were well BAD. Now I have the task of letting people know that things are OK now, not really easy or gone. I'm not cured or anything, but that life is looking up. So thank you to everyone for all your support, I love you, and it really is helping. I can feel myself improving
