I don't what has been going on with me these last few days but I have been going crazy with the junk food. This, coupled with no longer training to run, is going to have a pretty negative effect on my body very quickly. But I crave it all so bad....
-chips
-apple crisp
-smarties
-french fries
-cake
-nachos
-chocolate milk
-pop
-sour candies
-brown sugar, just plain
Note: In the last three days I have eaten all of the above, some multiple times. However, I have a plan. I'm going to try not to eat any more junk food until Halloween. Then all that candy, chips, and other goodies will taste so much better. I may end up eating some bad things over Thanksgiving but I figure that will be alright since it is also a holiday.

I'm having fried chicken cravings that I keep trying to resist...
I made apple crisp yesterday, but I have yet to try it. Apparently it's good. If you buy the apples I'll make some at your place.
I have been eating a lot of chips (salt and vinegar) and grapes. My logic here is that I may seem like a pregnant woman, but they are yummy and this way I can rationalize the chips by eating the healthy fruit with it.
Heather - You can't have fried chicken without me, it is a rule. I will see you at Xmas and we will do it then. I promise to hold off until then as well.
Erin - I made Apple Peach Crisp myself a couple of days ago to use up some fruit I had that was going bad. Yes, I actually baked. It turned out really well. When I next have apples and/or peaches that are on their way out I will let you know and we can make another one.
Steph - At least grapes are healthy. I don't even like Salt and Vinegar chips but you mentioning it makes me want them!!
Well....apple crisp is almost healthy! Fruits and veggies...
I made brownies with chocolate ganache...agh. So good.
