So Very Stressed
I hate change, it makes me freeze up and cry. I become unable to focus on anything. I am ridiculously unproductive because there is this underlying feeling of being unsettled. A creature of routine, it is a constant struggle to keep on a normal schedule. I function better when everything is structured but I find it hard to keep to the structure, even when it is me who makes the plans. I am pulling away from friends, it may not be noticeable but I feel it emotionally. I want to connect but I feel detached. I'm just scared and uncomfortable with everything right now.

Don't worry so much Chris.
Your true friends will never leave you, no matter how much life changes. You may change your address or your occupation or anything else, your family and friends will always be there for you.
I know what it is like to be uncomfortable with change - I too am dealing with it now. But thinking of the constants in my life helps me - I hope it helps you.
Sorry if this isn't phrased so nicely, you know I am bad with words.
How can you not feel connected when talking about clit hoods, cheap anal and good/bad sex stories? hehe.
Seriously, though. I like you muchly. And we have to keep hanging out this summer even when Tay and Kristen go home.
And call me anytime! We can go for coffee or whatever, and talk!
I love you Chris. I'm sure you will feel better after you get settled into the new house, etc. Hopefully I'll get up to Ottawa in the spring sometime.
Chris. I'll call tonight, Tues, please think if there is anything I can do to help.
What I try and do is just focus on one thing at a time, in the order they need to be done rather than getting distracted/overwhelmed by everything.
Mum
I must agree with what everyone else has said. I'm always here for you no matter what! Call me anytime if you ever need to talk. I consider you one of my best friends, and I'll do anything I can to help you. You are a great person. I don't like change either, and I also have a hard time adapting to it. Unfortunately, I have no words of wisdom on how to deal with it, but when I'm feeling down about that kind of stuff I remind myself that I've been through it before. Everything will work out. :)You have a lot of going for you. You're smart, you have a good job, great friends, supportive parents. Try not to worry. :)
Kristin
Christine, there will always, at least, be one constant in your life...
it will always be cheaper in the back.
haha. Well that and that I will always love you!
Kristen.
All this advice can be melted down into one word:
Chill.
I will pave the road for my cult to follow, and if you like, you can join me in my quest for Chill. I think Jack Johnson's found it actually.
As always, you know what cubicle to find me in...it moves slowly so you can always catch me in it.
