I'm doing the Curves Weight Management program, which is a three phase diet. It is really working and I'm loosing a lot of weight, however it is too much food!! This is the reverse of what normally happens on a diet. I am having the hardest time finishing all the meals and snacks I have planned each day (3 meals and 2 snacks). I think it is the protein....

Too much food??? Please explain how this works.
My mom and sister did Weight Watchers and that was their reaction to that program - they found out they weren't eating enough per day and so had to stuff their faces to meet their calorie goals per day.
